在我国行政事业单位改革持续深入的背景之下,医院绩效管理创新成为了社会广泛关注的重要课题,如何顺应行政事业单位改革的需要,促进医院绩效水平的提升,这是未来很长一段时间内众多医院普遍面临的管理难题。本文以笔者所在的杭州市萧山区第一人民医院为研究案例,首先探讨了该院绩效管理创新的主要目的以及基本原则,随后全面分析了医院绩效管理创新面临的主要阻碍,最后围绕这些阻碍,结合绩效管理创新相关理论以及该院的实际情况,系统地阐述了萧山区第一人民医院员工绩效管理创新的具体策略。
Under the background of continuous deepening of the reform of administrative institutions in our country, the innovation of hospital performance management has become an important issue of widespread concern in society. How to comply with the needs of the reform of administrative institutions to promote the performance of the hospital is a long time in the future Many hospitals generally face management problems. Based on the case study of the First People’s Hospital of Xiaoshan District in Hangzhou, this paper first discusses the main purpose and basic principles of performance management innovation in this hospital, and then analyzes the main obstacles to the innovation of hospital performance management. In the end, Combined with the theory of performance management innovation and the actual situation of the hospital, systematically expounded the Xiaoshan District First People’s Hospital staff performance management innovation specific strategies.
