This study examined the effects of training status on the subjective level of perceived fatigue at lactic acid and lactate concentrations of 2.0, 2.5 and 4.0 mM. The subjects were trainees (N = 20) and no trainees (N = 29). The treadmill test was used to identify the relationship between lactic acid threshold and blood lactate concentration and running speed. Except for the heart rate of lactate at 4.0 mM and E / O 2 at lactic acid threshold, trainers had higher running speed at each level of exercise intensity, larger oxygen uptake (O 2 ), Greater ventilation (VE) and higher heart rate.
