目的了解护士大豆异黄酮摄入主要食物来源及频率,以指导其合理饮食,降低乳腺癌发病率。方法运用自行设计的豆类制品摄入频率调查表对104名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士大豆异黄酮摄入主要来源是软豆腐、现磨豆浆、现榨豆浆等,摄入频率幼年期均分1.25分,青春期1.43分,成年期1.41分;饮酒护士成年期摄入大豆异黄酮频率得分显著低于不饮酒护士(P<0.01)。结论护士大豆异黄酮摄入来源较广,但频率较低且摄入食物的大豆异黄酮含量相对较低。应加强关注护士大豆异黄酮的摄入,提高其对自身健康的关注度。
Objective To understand the main sources of food and frequency of nurses’ soy isoflavones in order to guide their reasonable diet and reduce the incidence of breast cancer. Methods 104 nurses were surveyed by using self-designed questionnaire of frequency of intake of beans. Results The main sources of soy isoflavone intake of nurses were soft tofu, freshly ground soybean milk, soybean milk and so on. The frequency of ingestion was 1.25 points in juvenile period, 1.43 points in adolescence and 1.41 points in adulthood. Frequency score was significantly lower than non-alcoholic nurses (P <0.01). Conclusion Nurses’ soy isoflavones have a wide range of sources of ingestion, but their frequency is relatively low and the content of soy isoflavones in food is relatively low. Should pay more attention to nurses soy isoflavones intake, improve their health concerns.
