近十年来,成人高教学生的情况发生了较大变化,其学习目的、学习方式、互动方式,必然影响到教学管理与教学内容。本文在调查的基础上,对成人高教学生学习目的变化、学生间、学生与教学管理间的互动方式进行分析,并在此基础上对如何加强教学管理与改进教学内容进行了探讨。
In the past ten years, the situation of adult higher education students has undergone great changes. Their learning purpose, learning style and interaction style inevitably affect the teaching management and teaching content. Based on the investigation, this article analyzes the interaction between adult higher education students’ learning purpose, students, students and teaching management, and on this basis, it discusses how to strengthen teaching management and improve the teaching content.
