平台珩磨是一种精加工方法。采用这种方法可在珩磨过的气缸工作面上形成满足运转需要的表面结构。这样,光滑表面优良的滑动性能和粗糙表面很高的储油能力就能理想地结合起来。为了在批量生产中达到这一目的、要求尽量全面地说明平台珩磨缸孔性能所必要的质量状况。联邦德国尼尔廷根卡迪阿机床与工具厂在本文的第1部分中论述了质量的概念和对发动机运转性能的影响,并详细介绍了平台珩磨法。在第2部分中将指出在加工技术上实现对发动机工况最佳表面形貌的要求的途径。
Honing platform is a finishing method. This method can be used in honing the cylinder work surface to meet the operational needs of the surface structure. In this way, the excellent slip properties of a smooth surface and the high oil content of a rough surface are ideally combined. In order to achieve this goal in mass production, it is required to state as fully as possible the quality conditions necessary for the performance of the platform honing cylinder bore. Federal Republic of Germany Niertingen Kadiya Machine Tool and Tool Plant in the first part of this paper discusses the concept of quality and impact on engine performance, and details of the platform honing method. In Part 2, the way to achieve the best possible surface topography for engine operating conditions in machining technology will be pointed out.
