近来,辅导员朋友们纷纷来帖,称赞《辅导员》杂志中“工作台”、“理论篇”办得好,十分喜爱“方法传真”、“老总支招”、“中队辅导员报”等栏目,说:“辅导一得”启发我写下许多心得,“点子公司”引发我萌生新的点子,“人生加油站”给我无限鼓励,“蓦然回首”教我走向成熟。一篇篇“方法传真”,使我“结识”了许多辅导员的行家里手,“国优”、“省优”、“市优”的一篇篇“理论”真经,授我辅导体验教育活动的多元学术思考。为了加强大中队辅导员队伍建设,不少基层少工委及时举办了“辅导方法”论坛,从而为辅导员们“提升辅导理念、学习辅导方法”搭建起一个学习、交流的平台,深受广大辅导员的拥护和支持。辅导员们一边重温近几年来《辅导员》杂志中众多“辅导方法”的“经验交流”、“专题论坛”、“活动场”,一边对照自已的辅导历程,撰写演讲文稿。大家认识到:辅导员的辅导方法不是孤立的,它折射着辅导者的辅导理念、辅导思想,联系着辅导者的辅导策略、辅导途径,涉及到少先队工作与活动内容的选择、资源的开掘和力量的组织…… Recently, counselors and friends all came to praze the “Counselors” magazine, “Workbench”, “Theory” well done, is very fond of “Method Fax”, “veterans Weapon”, “Squadron Counselor” and so on.
