班级的人性化管理,要求班主任在班级管理中坚持“以人为本”,让学生在教育实践活动中“自我约束、自我教育、自我管理、自我发展、自我完善”。本文试就班级管理中如何以人为本,实施人性化管理谈笔者的探索与思考,以期对新时期的班集体建设有所裨益。 The humanized management of class requires that the class teacher should adhere to the “people-oriented” principle in class management so as to enable students to “self-discipline, self-education, self-management, self-development and self-improvement” in educational practice. This article tries to talk about how to regard people as the foundation in the class management and implement the humane management to explore and think about the writer in order to benefit the collective construction in the new period.
