国内外广泛采用上小下大钢锭模浇注镇静钢工艺提高成材率,但其钢锭内部产生二次缩孔。新型钢锭模是在形成“金属桥”部位的模壁中间装有保温层,改变钢锭凝固条件,消除二次缩孔。因此,扩大该工艺应用可以提高成材率。
Widely used at home and abroad on the small steel ingot die casting process to improve the rate of finished steel, but the ingot produces secondary shrinkage. The new ingot mold is in the form of “metal bridge” part of the mold wall with insulation layer, changing ingot solidification conditions, to eliminate secondary shrinkage. Therefore, expanding the process application can improve the yield.
