几年来,我厂采用插入式热电偶来测量铁水(或有色金属)的出炉和浇注温度,收到了良好的效果。我们的具体做法如下。热电偶的选择及结构测量铁水的温度,我们选用的是铂铑-铂热电偶;测量有色金属液体的温度,我们选用的是镍-铬热电偶。热电偶选定以后接着要选配与热电偶配套的测量仪表,如1.0级或1.5级的毫伏表(或工业用电位计)。考虑到测温操作的方便,我们将热电偶杆部的外形结构制成两种形式(如图)。
