发酵过程中残糖浓度的在线检测通常具有较大滞后,给残糖浓度的控制带来了困难。发酵工艺人员在长期的操作实践中,积累了关于残糖浓度控制的大量经验知识。基于工艺人员的经验知识,本文提出了一种残糖浓度的模糊控制算法。首先采用模糊规则对经验知识进行模拟,然后通过参数的调整和模糊演绎对经验知识控制方法进行扩展,形成关于残糖浓度的模糊控制器,最后通过实验验证了该算法的有效性、实用性以及优越性。如何将工艺人员经验控制算法推广到模糊控制算法并演绎成通用的公式表达式是本文的创新之处。
On-line detection of residual sugar concentration in the fermentation process usually has a large hysteresis, which makes it difficult to control the residual sugar concentration. Fermentation process personnel in the long-term practice of operation, accumulated a lot of experience on the concentration of residual sugar knowledge. Based on the experience of technicians, this paper presents a fuzzy control algorithm of residual sugar concentration. First of all, the fuzzy rules are used to simulate the experience knowledge. Then the control method of empirical knowledge is extended by parameter adjustment and fuzzy deduction to form a fuzzy controller about the residual sugar concentration. Finally, the validity and practicability of the algorithm are verified by experiments Superiority. How to generalize the experience control algorithm of craft personnel to the fuzzy control algorithm and deduce it into a common formula expression is the innovation of this article.
