Since the 21st century, the trend of economic globalization has undergone tremendous changes in contemporary labor force structure and labor relations. The increasingly diverse labor force structure has created opportunities for enterprises to accelerate innovation and development, adapt to the ever-changing market, and effectively capture market demand. However, diversification also poses challenges to human capital management. In order to retain and motivate people of all walks of life who have different values and are in different positions and are increasingly mobile, the enterprises need to formulate new labor management solutions and need to re-explore the management art that incentivizes the contemporary workforce
