目前,随着国民经济的快速发展,人们对物质生活的要求越来越高,医院作为基础设施建设中的一部分,与人们的生活息息相关。现阶段,在市场经济的影响下,患者选择医院时,最为关注的就是医院知名度,因此加剧了各级医院间关于人才方面的竞争,各级医院为提升知名度都在招贤纳士,而广泛的招聘使得医院在人事管理方面的问题逐渐突出,因此,新时期下医院人事管理制度迫切需要改革,以此来保证医院在社会中的地位和竞争力。
At present, with the rapid development of the national economy, people are increasingly demanding their material life. At this stage, under the influence of the market economy, patients are most concerned about the popularity of hospitals when they choose hospitals, thus aggravating the competition among hospitals about talent in all levels. Hospitals at all levels are recruiting talents to raise awareness, and extensive Hiring makes the hospital personnel management problems gradually prominent, therefore, the hospital under the new era of personnel management system in urgent need of reform in order to ensure the hospital’s position in the community and competitiveness.
