针对山区低等级公路隧道的运营特点,从风险管理的角度对其运营风险进行研究。从隧道结构、运营环境、运营管理3个层面选取了15项风险因素构建了山区低等级公路隧道运营风险评估指标体系,基于层次分析和模糊综合评价理论建立了山区低等级公路隧道运营风险评估模型。依托宁波境内的爵溪三级公路隧道工程,应用山区低等级公路隧道运营风险评估模型对其运营风险进行了评估,评估结果为“低”。该方法可为国内外类似山区低等级公路隧道运营风险评估提供借鉴。
According to the operational characteristics of mountainous low-grade highway tunnels, the operational risk is studied from the perspective of risk management. 15 risk factors were selected from three aspects of the tunnel structure, operation environment and operation management to construct the operation risk assessment index system of mountainous low-grade highway tunnel. Based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, a risk assessment model of mountainous low-grade highway tunnel operation was established . Relying on the Juexi Three-level Highway Tunnel Project in Ningbo, the operation risk was assessed using the operation risk assessment model of mountainous low-grade highway tunnel. The evaluation result was “low”. The method can provide references for the operation risk assessment of similar low mountainous tunnels in mountainous areas at home and abroad.
