我们将昆明种雌性小白鼠81只,分为四个组,各组均喂统一饲料。第一组16只,每日施以两小时噪声;第二组也是16只加喂中药补阳还五汤精膏;第三组16只加喂维生素E(90mg/d.kg);第四组33只作为对照组。用体视学方法测出各组小鼠大脑额叶神经元的细胞核体密度和胞体细胞质体密度。利用线性回归法对各组进行分析,发现噪声影响了小鼠额叶神经元的核质比。本文简要地讨论了它们的意义。
