采用Landau-Ginsburg-Devonshire的热力学弹性自由能公式,结合钛酸铅超微粒子的表面能,分析研究了钛酸铅超微粒子的粒径大小与铁电─顺电相变温度(T_c)和自发极化强度(P_a)的关系。理论分析与实验结果能很好的吻合。
Based on the thermodynamic elastic free energy formula of Landau-Ginsburg-Devonshire and the surface energy of lead titanate ultrafine particles, the effects of particle size, ferroelectric-paraelectric transition temperature (T_c) and spontaneous polarization Intensity (P_a) relationship. Theoretical analysis and experimental results can be well matched.
