师范院校大学生是未来中小学教育的中坚力量,其心理健康状况不仅关系到自身的心身健康和学习效率,而且关系到中小学生的身心健康乃至全民素质的提高。因此,了解师范院校大学生心理健康状况是心理健康教育工作的重要内容。随着90后升入大学,其心理健康是否呈现出新的特点成为关注的焦点。为了解地方师范院校90后新生心理健康特点,笔者对山西省某师范学院2010年至2012年的连续三届新生进行了心理健康状况调查。现将结果报道如下。
Normal university students are the backbone of primary and secondary education in the future. Their mental health is not only related to their own physical and mental health and learning efficiency, but also to the improvement of their physical and mental health as well as their quality. Therefore, to understand the mental health of college students is an important part of mental health education. With the rise to the university after 90, whether its mental health presents a new feature has become the focus of attention. In order to understand the characteristics of mental health of post-90s freshmen in local normal universities, the author conducted a mental health survey of three freshmen from 2010 to 2012 in a normal university in Shanxi province. The results are reported below.
