我厂是兵器工业火工装配厂、共安装SZP—6.5/13型锅炉三台,年耗蒸汽6万吨,耗煤万余吨。厂内热网敷设型式:不通行地沟二千余米、架空敷设一千余米。锅炉冬季运行二台、夏季运行一台。基本满足了生产、生活的用汽需要。近年来,为适应“保军转民”任务的需要,原军用品生产线不断地被改建,用能设备的容量,数量和位置亦随之在变。造成了热网运行工况的不断恶化、致使能源浪费十分严重。其表现在如下三个方面:1.为了给个别用户供汽、必须首先将蒸汽灌满全部热网、形成“大马拉小车”的供热方式。2.距架空管道很近的用户,却由地下热网最末端供汽。

In order to provide steam for individual users, must first steam filling the entire heat network, the formation of “big horse car” heating method. 2. Users who are close to overhead pipelines are supplied with steam at the very end of the underground heating network.
