3例均为已婚女性,年龄28～47岁。2例因腰痛5月至2年,1例因左下腹痛2年余就诊。3例 X线平片均示左输尿管下端有一结石(0.7×0.5～1.2×0.8cm)。1例排泄性泌尿系造影见左输尿管下端结石伴左肾盂、输尿管轻度积水;1例肾图示左上尿路梗阻;3例尿常规正常。2例在肌注阿托品0.5mg 后行妇科双合诊,在阴道前壁左上方扪及结石并向下挤压;1例结石较小(0.7×0.5cm)者仅行阴道按
