采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳技术,分析了花鱼鳃、眼睛、肌肉3种组织中6种同工酶差异表达,并对部分同工酶位点表达及酶谱表型进行了初步分析.实验结果显示:SDH在3种组织中均未见表达;ADH仅在肌肉组织和眼睛中出现较弱的1条酶带;其它4种酶在3种组织均有较好地表达,其中EST、SOD在组织间表达不存在明显差异;而LDH、MDH同工酶在酶带数及酶活性方面有明显的组织特异性,这可能是受不同基因位点或同一基因位点不同等位基因控制的结果.在6种同工酶中共检出7个基因座位.
The vertical polyacrylamide vertical plate electrophoresis technique was used to analyze the differential expression of six isoenzymes in gills, eyes and muscles of three kinds of fish, and some isozymes loci and zymogram phenotypes were analyzed The results showed that: SDH was not expressed in all three tissues; ADH only showed a weak band in muscle tissues and eyes; the other four enzymes were well expressed in all three tissues, of which EST , There was no significant difference in the expression of SOD between the tissues.
