领域同课异构教研、区域活动现场教研一直是我县学前教研的抓手。《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》)颁布以来,每次的教研,我们都努力与《指南》中的领域目标有效链接。“为什么这样设计”都从《指南》中找到依据,让参与教研的教师知其所以然,以此来引领全县各级各类幼儿园在运用《指南》的过程中逐步领会《指南》。同课异构教研凸显了“牵头联合——示范引领”在前几年的领域同课异构教研
