本文提出了一种测试悬吊锅炉吊杆在受力状态下的应力的新方法——“频率法”。这种测试方法是应用弹性体振动的理论,通过对吊杆自由振动特性的分析,建立了吊杆自由振动时的固有频率同其受力大小之间的联系,从而根据不同物理量之间的转化关系,可以用测试吊杆在自由振动时的固有频率的办法来间接地测试吊杆在受力状态下的应力。这对于吊杆系统的受力分析和调整,从而确保安装、运行中锅炉的安全,以及统一目前急待解决的关于吊杆设计问题的一些看法和受力状态下应力测试方法的探讨,均有一定的参考和实用价值。文章在最后还对“频率法”在其他方面的应用提出了一些设想。
This paper presents a new method to test the stress of suspension boiler boom under stress condition - “frequency method”. This test method is the application of the theory of elastic body vibration.
