我院肝炎研究小组在院党委的直接领导下,一年来对传染性肝炎的诊断与治疗进行了一系列的研究,现将研究结果,初步整理,摘要报导如下:诊断方面的研究一、细胞形态学的观察——变形淋巴细胞的诊断价值:变形淋巴细胞有人亦称为微子细胞,此种细胞的增多常见于微子性疾病,国内外已有报告在传染性肝炎的患者末梢血内,此种细胞出现率甚高,但所采用方法均为直接涂片,分类时较为费时,尤其在白细胞总数减少的情况下,更属不便,我们应用静脉血作白细胞浓集涂片法,获得较为满意结果。(一)病例来源:在门诊、病房确诊为急性肝炎者14例,慢性肝炎20例,可疑肝炎48例,其他疾病7例及健康助血员9例,均采用以下方法取血检查:(二)检查方法:1.取0.8%草酸钾及1.2%草酸铵等量混合液0.2毫升,加入试管内,烤干备用。2.取受检者静脉血2毫升加入上述防凝管中,混匀后加入10%右旋醣酐0.5毫升混匀,加塞静置。3.经30—45分钟后,用吸管吸取血浆混悬白细胞部分,放1,000转/分离心器内,离心10分钟。

(1) Source of cases: outpatients, ward diagnosis of acute hepatitis in 14 cases, 20 cases of chronic hepatitis, 48 cases of suspected hepatitis, other diseases in 7 cases and 9 cases of health-assisted blood tests were taken by the following methods of blood examination: (two ) Inspection method: 1. Take 0.8% oxalic acid and 1.2% ammonium oxalate mixture 0.2 ml, added to the test tube, roasted and ready for use. 2. Take the subject venous blood 2 ml join the above anticoagulant tube, mix well after adding 10 ml dextran 0.5 ml mix, stop plugging. 3. After 30-45 minutes, pipet the plasma-suspended leukocyte fraction and place it in a centrifuge tube at 1,000 rpm for 10 minutes.
