运用实验法,以忻州师范学院体育专业与其他专业学生为研究对象。采用殷恒蝉的《注意力测验》,包括4个实验:图形辨别测验;选4圈测验;视觉追踪测验;加减法测验。从忻州师范学院随机抽取70名体育专业学生以及50名其他专业大学生分别进行实验测试,通过spss17.0软件对得到的测试数据进行对比分析。结果显示,安静状态下,在注意的广度和转移方面,体育专业与其他专业学生均存在显著性差异,且体育专业学生的成绩好于其他专业学生的成绩;在注意的分配和稳定性上,两组数据没有出现显著性差异;体育各专项之间在注意力的四个方面均没有显著性差异。进而对影响因素进行分析,并提出了提高学生注意力的建议,为不同专业学生的教学提供心理学依据。
Using the experimental method, taking Xinzhou Teachers College physical education major and other major students as the research object. Using Yin Heng cicada’s “attention test”, including four experiments: graphics recognition test; election 4 laps test; visual tracking test; addition and subtraction test. From Xinzhou Teachers College randomly selected 70 sports majors and 50 other professional college students were tested, the test data obtained by spss17.0 comparative analysis. The results show that in the quiet state, there are significant differences between sports majors and other majors in the aspect of attention span and transfer, and the scores of majors in physical education are better than the scores of other majors. In the distribution and stability of attention, There was no significant difference between the two groups of data; there was no significant difference in all four aspects of attention among sports special items. And then analyze the influencing factors, and put forward suggestions to improve students’ attention, to provide psychology basis for the teaching of different professional students.
