The management development process of the past 100 years told today’s managers that management has only the beginning and there is no end. It is not enough for an organization to learn only one person, no matter who this person is. A truly outstanding organization in the future will be an organization that enables employees at all levels of the organization to consciously learn and develop their learning abilities.
