过去廿年中,潮模造型工艺有了显著的发展,其动向是满足铸造厂日益增长的要求——大批量稳定地生产尺寸精确与金相组织致密的优质铸件。高压造型机问世25年来取得了稳定的发展,大大提高了铸件的尺寸精度,明显减轻了铸件重量,同时生产率也达到了较高的水平。高压造型有很多优点,如铸型紧实度高、尺寸精确、生产率高,但也存在着易产生膨胀、气孔、表面不平、回弹较大等缺点。因此,不得不靠经常监控型砂与造型设备克服这些缺陷。

There are many advantages of high-pressure molding, such as the mold of high compaction, accurate size, high productivity, but there are also easy to produce expansion, porosity, uneven surface, larger rebound shortcomings. As a result, these defects have to be overcome by constant monitoring of the molding sand and molding equipment.
