XH27-H1井河油田的一口水平井,由长城钻探钻井一公司负责整体施工,工程院负责水平井段轨迹控制及LWD仪器服务。该井因油层薄,要求水平段纵向轨迹控制误差0.5 m,考虑到钻头尺寸φ215 mm,因此轨迹控制难度极大,通过工程地质相结合,及时准确的待钻轨迹预测,制定严谨的工程施工工序,该井水平段顺利按要求完成施工,实际轨迹控制精度纵向±0.48 m。本文通过对该井施工情况的简介,介绍了该井施工过程所采用的技术措施。
The horizontal well of XH27-H1 Jinghe Oilfield is under the overall construction of Great Wall Drilling and Drilling Company, and the engineering institute is responsible for horizontal well trajectory control and LWD instrument service.
