一群充满智慧、活力、希望、热情和信心的庞大“90后”新生代,是否如同鲶鱼般打破了以往的规则,逼着企业主不得不重新审视……裂变:“90后”倒逼管理随着越来越多的“90后”从农村走进城市,从家庭走进社会,从学校走进企业,他们的角色实现了180度的大转换,俨然成了劳动力市场锐不可当的主力军。面对这样一个充满智慧、活力、希望、热情和信心的庞大而须臾不可或缺的群体,我们的企业是否作好软件、硬件甚至心理上的准备,以迎接、适应他们?可以说,在十年前,“谁适应谁”根本还不是问题,自然也无需答案。数十甚至数百人争抢一个工厂岗位的事实不就是一个多余的回答吗?
