我厂耐压试验机采用如图1所示的顺序回路(原来没有设置液控单向阀)来控制夹具缸与加压缸的先后动作。在实际应用中,由于三位四通换向阀在切换时,夹具产生松动,使试件上端出现喷水现象,严重地威胁着操作者的安全,污染工作现场。经观察后分析,由于液体在高压密闭的液压缸内,而且液压缸的长度较长,因此不可忽略液体的可压缩性。经计算,其柱塞腔和试件内被压缩液体体积为21.6cm~3。当三位四通换向阀的右位接入系统时,加压缸的活塞还未退回,夹具缸的夹紧腔接上了换向
