我厂生产的膨化机上的主轴,材料为45钢,要求调质后硬度 HB22~250,是粗加工后进行调质。开始我们发现淬火后硬度低(HRC40左右),经分析后认为是粗加工的表面光洁度低、刀痕深,加热时形成的氧化皮在淬火时不易脱落,因而影响工件淬火时的冷却速度,使得淬火后的硬度低。后来,我们把粗加工的光洁度要求提高到▽4以上(原为▽4以下)淬火后硬度都合格。

Afterwards, we raised the roughness finish of roughing to ▽ 4 or higher (originally ▽ 4 or lower) and all the hardness after quenching was acceptable.
