为研究铣刨工艺对隧道内水泥混凝土路面抗滑性能的影响,对四川省内两条高速公路的典型隧道水泥混凝土路面铣刨前后抗滑性能跟踪检测,分析了用水量、刻槽工艺对横向力系数的影响,以及铣刨工艺对抗滑性能的改善效果。结果表明:用水量、刻槽工艺对横向力系数无明显影响;与精铣刨相比,常规铣刨对抗滑性能改善效果更明显;铣刨后,随运营时间增长,抗滑性能不断衰减。
In order to study the influence of milling technology on anti-skid performance of cement concrete pavement in tunnel, the skid resistance performance of typical tunnel cement concrete pavement before and after milling was tracked and tested in two expressways in Sichuan Province. The influence of the force coefficient and the effect of improving the anti-skid performance of the milling process. The results show that water consumption and groove technology have no obvious influence on the lateral force coefficient. Compared with the precision milling plane, the conventional milling plane has better effect on the anti-skid performance. After milling, the anti-skid performance declines with the increase of operating time.
