上海市政工程研究所承担的“粉煤灰高路堤代引桥的研究”。91年11月26~27日通过鉴定,为我国粉煤灰大用量直接利用开拓了又一新途径。本项目结合华松高速公路的建设,在新桥立交用粉煤灰填筑高路堤代替引桥,修筑了试验路段,路堤最大高度7.56米,缩短桥长243.06米,改桥梁结构为空心板简支梁桥,用灰量6万余吨,经济效益362万元,节省钢材1000吨,木材600立方米,水泥1600吨,提前工期9个月。本研究证明在上海地区软土地基上可修建6~8米粉煤灰高路堤,突破了土路堤放眼高度4.5米界限。与土路堤相比,并能减少软土地基沉降量30%,对挡墙侧压力可减少20~30%,提高了挡墙的抗滑和抗倾覆稳定
Shanghai Institute of Municipal Engineering commitment “fly ash high embankment generation bridge research.” November 29, passed the appraisal from November 26 to November 27, which opened a new avenue for the direct utilization of large amount of fly ash in our country. This project combined with the construction of Huasong Expressway, filling the high embankment instead of the approach bridge with fly ash in Xinqiao Interchange and building the test section. The maximum height of the embankment is 7.56 meters and the bridge length is shortened to 243.06 meters. The bridge structure is simply supported by a hollow slab Liangqiao, with more than 60,000 tons of ash, economic benefits 3620000 yuan, save 1000 tons of steel, timber 600 cubic meters, 1600 tons of cement, ahead of schedule 9 months. This study proves that it is possible to construct 6-8m fly ash high embankment on soft soil foundation in Shanghai, breaking the limit of 4.5m height of embankment. Compared with embankment, it can reduce the settlement of soft soil foundation by 30% and reduce the pressure on retaining wall by 20-30%, which improves the anti-skidding and anti-overturning stability of retaining wall
