作者对190系列柴油机振声诊断系列研究进行了归纳和综述,全文分为动态征兆分析与提纯(Ⅰ)与多参数特征判别与决策(Ⅱ)两部分。本文在构造柴油机综合动态诊断系统框架及多参数特征判别与决策研究方面进行了探讨。结合190系列柴油机运行机理分析,建立了能完整体现机器状态征兆的动态参数与故障层次的对应关系及诊断框架。为解决相互影响变化的多参数特征判别问题,提出了基于灰色关联空间的递归优化多参数特征判别与决策方法,为进一步进行智能诊断与专家系统研究作了有益的探索和基础准备。
The author summarizes the research on 190 series diesel vibroacoustic diagnosis series. The full text is divided into two parts: dynamic sign analysis and purification (Ⅰ) and multi-parameter feature identification and decision (Ⅱ). In this paper, the framework of diesel dynamic diagnosis system and multi-parameter feature identification and decision-making research are discussed. Based on the analysis of operation mechanism of 190 series diesel engine, the corresponding relationship between dynamic parameters and fault levels and the diagnostic framework are established. In order to solve the problem of multi-parameter feature identification with mutual influence, a recursive optimization multi-parameter feature identification and decision-making method based on gray relational space is proposed, which provides a useful exploration and basic preparation for further intelligent diagnosis and expert system research.
