日本大阪大学医学系和藤泽药品工业公司在用人工遗传基因抑制癌细胞转移方面找出新方法,动物实验表明这种方法有一定效果.癌细胞从最初的患部随着血液流动到达其它器官,如果同该器官的正常细胞结合在一起就会造成癌转移.在正常细胞的表面有一种粘着因子,它能够左右癌细胞能否与正常细胞结合:日本的实验人员通过破坏粘着因子的性能找到了抑制癌转移的途径.他们研制出与粘着因子遗传基因的碱基结构相同的人工遗传基因,用以干扰粘着因子的生成.实验结果表明,注入这种人工遗传基因后,癌转移率明显降低.日本科技人员说,如果人工遗传基因同抗癌药物一起使用,抑制癌转移的效果更好.
