本文研究了动物(家兔、山羊、大鼠)实验性重症减压病时血液、血管壁及心、肺、肝、肾等组织的形态学超微结构的变化特点。用SEM及TEM观察了在0.6MPa和1.0MPa压力下形成的重症减压病的超微结构变化。结果表明,血小板、红细胞变形、血管内皮细胞间隙增宽、气-血界面形成、血管内血栓形成、细胞内线粒体肿胀、RER扩张和膜脱粒。血小板数下降,聚集功能增加,1/2最大聚集率增加。提示血小板的变化在减压病的发生、发展中起一定重要作用。
In this paper, the morphological ultrastructural changes of blood, blood vessel wall, heart, lung, liver and kidney in experimental severe decompression sickness were studied in animals (rabbits, goats, rats). The ultrastructural changes of severe decompression sickness formed under pressure of 0.6MPa and 1.0MPa were observed by SEM and TEM. The results showed platelets, erythrocyte degeneration, broadening of vascular endothelial cell gap, formation of gas-blood interface, intravascular thrombosis, intracellular mitochondrial swelling, RER expansion and membrane threshing. The number of platelets decreased, the aggregation function increased, and the maximum 1/2 of the aggregation rate increased. Tip platelet changes in the occurrence and development of decompression sickness play an important role.
