为了验证所建立的多重PCR法检测奶牛乳腺炎的灵敏性,应用所建立的多重PCR法与传统细菌培养法对临床型乳腺炎(54份)和隐性乳腺炎(145份)共计199份乳样进行了无乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的检测,检测结果用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果表明:对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的检测,多重PCR法的灵敏性显著高于细菌培养法(P<0.05),而对无乳链球菌的检测,两种方法的敏感性无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明所建立的多重PCR法灵敏性高于细菌培养法。
In order to verify the sensitivity of the established multiplex PCR method for the detection of dairy cow mastitis, a total of 199 milk samples of clinical mastitis (54) and implicit mastitis (145) were tested by multiplex PCR and traditional bacterial culture The samples were tested for Streptococcus agalactiae, Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The test results were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software. The results showed that the sensitivity of multiplex PCR was significantly higher than that of bacterial culture (P <0.05) for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, but there was no significant difference between the two methods for the detection of Streptococcus agalactiae (P> 0.05). The established multiplex PCR method is more sensitive than bacterial culture method.
