试验旨在探索饲料添加剂亚硒酸钠样品的处理方法,建立饲料添加剂亚硒酸钠中砷的检测方法。在酸性环境中用盐酸羟胺将样品中的亚硒酸钠还原为单质硒,干过滤除去单质硒,然后采用银盐法检测样品中砷含量。试验结果表明:除硒时,盐酸羟胺与亚硒酸钠的质量比为3∶1的处理效果好;银盐法所得吸光度对应砷含量的标准曲线在0~8 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数r为0.999 9,加标回收率为96.5%~104.7%,方法的精密度符合饲料添加剂中砷的检测要求。试验建立饲料添加剂亚硒酸钠中砷含量的检测方法,该方法简单易行、灵敏度高且试验条件温和。
The aim of the experiment was to explore the treatment of feed additive sodium selenite and to establish a method for the determination of arsenic in feed additive sodium selenite. The sodium selenite in the sample was reduced to elemental selenium by hydroxylamine hydrochloride in an acidic environment and the elemental selenium was removed by dry filtration. The content of arsenic in the sample was measured by the silver salt method. The results showed that when the selenium was added, the mass ratio of hydroxylamine hydrochloride to sodium selenite was 3:1, the standard curve of absorbance corresponding to arsenic content of silver salt was linear in the range of 0-8 mg / L, The correlation coefficient r was 0.999 9, and the spiked recoveries were 96.5% -104.7%. The precision of the method conformed to the detection requirements of arsenic in feed additives. The method of detecting the content of arsenic in the feed additive sodium selenite was established experimentally. The method is simple and easy to operate with high sensitivity and mild test conditions.
