目的探讨计算机职业对精子DNA完整性和精子参数的影响。方法将就诊的860例男性不育患者分为计算机组和非计算机组,将520例正常生育组做为健康对照组。采用SQA-V全自动精子分析仪进行精液常规分析,精子DNA完整性检测采用精子染色质扩散试验(SCD),以DNA断裂指数(DFI)表示。结果计算机组和非计算机组的精子密度、活动率、前向运动率和DFI与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);计算机工作者组的精子活动率、前向运动率、精子密度及和DFI与非计算机组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组的精液量、精液pH值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期使用计算机可以影响精液质量,从而导致男性不育。
Objective To explore the influence of computer occupation on sperm DNA integrity and sperm parameters. Methods The 860 male infertility patients were divided into computer group and non-computer group, 520 normal fertility group as healthy control group. Sperm routine analysis was performed with a SQA-V automated sperm analyzer. Sperm DNA integrity testing was performed using the Sperm Chromatin Diffusion Assay (SCD) as indicated by the DNA fragmentation index (DFI). Results The sperm density, activity rate, forward movement rate and DFI of the computer group and the non-computer group were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.05). The sperm motility rate, forward motility rate, (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in sperm volume and sperm pH between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Long-term use of computers can affect sperm quality, resulting in male infertility.
