“数字家庭”概念引入中国已有十年之久,产业发展也已起步,但仍然没有成熟的发展模式。无论政府、企业还是学术界,都没有把“数字家庭”当做可以拉动内需、增加就业、促进产业发展、带动社会服务的大产业去做,仍然醉心于产品的更新换代,或者是技术标准之争。然而,一切新的技术、新的设计、新的产品最终是要为社会大众服务的,而新的技术和产品为社会大众的接受程度如何,未来在哪一方面需要更好地改进和提高,是由消费者的使用需求决定的。笔者认为,目前我国数字家庭的发展应该进入一个技术体验和基础服务普及的阶段,中国的数字家庭产品提供商、内容提供商、网络运营商等应通力合作,或者由某一个企业做主导,利用用户体验中心的模式,普及数字家庭,发展数字家庭,让广大消费者受益,继而带动整个产业快速、健康、有序的发展。
