一、前言 众所周知,工业三氧化钨是生产硬质合金的主要原料,通常采用钨酸经干燥、煅烧制取,除对其纯度有较高的要求外,对其粒度也有较严格的要求。三氧化钨颗粒大小固然取决于钨酸的原始粒度以及煅烧温度和煅烧时间,但采用回转管式电炉生产时,干燥后的钨酸容易结团,经煅烧后会生成硬块三氧化钨。因此,必须对三氧化钨进行粉碎。
