人肉搜索引发道德制裁。较之传统道德制裁,网络环境下的道德制裁发生了明显扩张,其主体和程度都出现了由有限走向无限的趋势。道德制裁的扩张是否具有限度取决于道德制裁本身的限度。本文在分析了三种典型道德制裁理论的基础上,得出道德制裁具有限度的结论,并提出了实现道德制裁限制的途径。 Human search raises moral sanctions. Compared with the traditional moral sanctions, the moral sanctions under the network environment have undergone obvious expansion. The main body and the degree of the moral sanctions have appeared from unlimited to unlimited trend. Whether the expansion of moral sanctions has its limits depends on the limits of moral sanctions themselves. Based on the analysis of the three typical theories of moral sanctions, this paper draws the conclusion that moral sanctions have limits and puts forward the ways to limit the moral sanctions.
