本文报告615系小鼠的三个可移植性乳腺癌实体瘤型及一个腹水型的乳腺癌瘤株ER测定的结果。一、材料与方法一、标本:系大连医学院病理生理教研室所建615系小鼠三个乳腺癌实体瘤Ca759、Ca763、Ca761及一个腹水型Ca761。它们都是615系小鼠自发乳腺癌经同系移植而建立的小鼠乳腺癌模型。Ca759经病理组织学鉴定属B型乳腺癌,已传200代以上,生长稳定,平均生存期为26.9±3.6天。Ca763生长速度最快,平均生存期17.0±2.1天。病理组织学为
This article reports the results of ER assays for three transplantable breast solid tumor types and one ascites type breast cancer tumor strain in 615-type mice.
