三、E120机车转向架的进一步发展 1976年1月,西德联邦铁路明确提出了对E120机车转向架的要求(见本文前言部分)。 E120机车转向架基本上采用了E111转向架的结构型式。其中变化较大的是大幅度减重、改变了牵引电机的悬挂与轮对的驱动方式。减重的措施主要包括:使用幅板式整体车轮代替带轮箍的车轮;采用轻金属制轴箱代替铸钢轴箱;采用无拉杆及吊杆的制动缸布置型式;转向架构架采用轻型焊接结构(各箱形梁上下盖板仅厚8毫米,立板仅厚5毫米)。
