1987年,四川省果树研究所果蔬贮藏保鲜课题组,在四川米易县两年室内常温贮藏保鲜瓜类蔬菜获得成功的基础上,进行早市茄子、黄瓜、四季豆、青椒长途北运保鲜试验,黄瓜鲜好果率达98.30%,茄子鲜好果率为75%。1988年继续贮运试验,重点对茄子的保鲜技术环节进行改进,使茄子鲜好果率上升到100%,从而解决了茄子运输难、保鲜难的问题。
In 1987, the Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Preservation Research Group of Sichuan Fruit Industry Research Institute conducted a fresh-keeping test of eggplant, cucumber, green beans and green peppers in North Sea on the basis of two years of successful indoor storage of fresh melons and vegetables in Miyi County, Sichuan Province , Cucumber fresh fruit rate of 98.30%, eggplant fresh good rate of 75%. In 1988 to continue the storage and transportation tests, focusing on the preservation of eggplant part of the technology to improve the good eggplant rate rose to 100%, thus solving the difficult eggplant transport, storage difficult problem.
