针对煤层深孔聚能爆破瓦斯抽放封孔技术问题,通过分析聚能爆破施工工艺及封孔物质力学行为,发现爆破孔孔径和封孔材料性质是影响封孔长度的主要因素.综合分析爆破安全、抽放工艺和施工条件,确定聚能爆破合理封孔长度为7.5~10.0 m.以焦煤集团九里山矿14121和24021工作面为例,对煤层深孔聚能爆破封孔技术可行性进行了验证.
Aiming at the technical problems of gas drainage and sealing of deep-hole blasting in coal seam, by analyzing the construction technology of capping blasting and the mechanical behavior of sealing material, it is found that the diameter of the blasting hole and the properties of sealing material are the main factors affecting the sealing length. Safety, drainage technology and construction conditions, the reasonable length of sealing hole for polyblend blasting is determined to be 7.5-10.0 m.
