Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nosocomial infection after transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) undergoing transurethral bipolar plasma prostatectomy in hospital from January 2008 to November 2011 were enrolled in this study. Infection of the transurethral bipolar plasma prostatic intraluminal segmented 剜 resection of the clinical data of 120 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were compared between the two groups of clinical data similarities and differences. Results The clinical features of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) treated with transurethral bipolar plasma prostate excision and nosocomial infection without nosocomial infection were not the same. Age, summer surgery, surgery for a long time, combined with other underlying diseases are transurethral bipolar plasma prostate partial segmental resection treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with nosocomial infection risk factors, prevention and application of antibiotics is transurethral bipolar plasma Prostate intrahepatic partial segmental resection of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with nosocomial infections protective factors. Conclusion Infection of nosocomial infections in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transesophageal bipolar plasma prostatic intraluminal segmental resection is related to many factors of patients themselves. Corresponding clinical measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections Nosocomial infection, reduce patient pain, improve patient prognosis.
