提出了一种新型栽植机构,建立了该机构栽植点的位移、速度、加速度方程。据此在Visual Basic 6.0平台上开发了该机构运动学分析程序,并分析该机构主要参数对其运动特性的影响,建立了轨迹平缓度和环扣尺寸与机构参数的关系,应用MATLAB和Pro/E对机构进行参数优化。与常用偏心轮栽植机构相比,文中设计的栽植机构轨迹路径更短,有利于提高效率。田间移栽试验结果表明,该机构在单行移栽作业中性能稳定,完全可以满足作业要求。
A new planting mechanism was proposed and the displacement, velocity and acceleration equations of the planting site were established. Based on this, the program of kinematic analysis of this mechanism was developed on Visual Basic 6.0 platform. The main parameters of this mechanism were analyzed for its influence on the motion characteristics. The relationship between the track smoothness and the size of the buckle and the parameters of the mechanism was established. By using MATLAB and Pro / E Optimize the organization parameters. Compared with the common eccentric planting mechanism, the path of the planting mechanism designed in this article is shorter, which is beneficial to improve the efficiency. Field transplanting test results show that the agency in a single transplanting job performance is stable, fully meet the operational requirements.
