本文运用非错列网格的SIMPLE方法和随机的颗粒轨道模型对四角切向燃烧煤粉锅炉炉内的气固两相流动进行了数值模拟,了解了实际切圆直径及气流旋转强度沿炉膛高度方向的变化规律,得到了不同粒径的煤粉颗粒在炉膛中的运动轨迹及浓度分布。与实验结果的对比表明本文所编制的程序能够较准确地模拟炉内的流动状况,计算所得的数值结果对四角切向燃烧锅炉的设计和运行都有着一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the non-staggered grid SIMPLE method and the random particle orbit model were used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow in the tangentially fired pulverized coal boiler, and the actual tangent diameter and airflow rotation intensity along the furnace height Direction of the law of variation, get different particle size of coal particles in the furnace trajectory and concentration distribution. The comparison between the experimental results and the experimental results shows that the program compiled in this paper can simulate the flow in the furnace more accurately. The calculated numerical results are of guiding significance for the design and operation of the tangentially fired boiler.
