目的研究咽喉康胶囊的解热作用。方法分别用角叉菜胶和干酵母致热制备大鼠模型。结果0.500、0.250、0.125g·kg-1咽喉康药粉对角叉菜胶致大鼠体温升高有明显的降低作用,6、8h的体温较对照组降低明显,10h较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);1.0、0.5g·kg-1咽喉康对干酵母致大鼠体温升高有显著降低的作用(P<0.01或P<0.05),且呈量效依赖关系。结论咽喉康胶囊有显著的解热作用。
Objective To study the antipyretic effect of pharyngeal capsule. Methods Rat models were prepared by heating carrageenan and dry yeast, respectively. Results 0.500, 0.250, and 0.125 g·kg-1 throat kilograms significantly reduced the increase in body temperature in rats induced by carrageenan, and the body temperature at 6 and 8 hours was significantly lower than that in the control group, and was significantly lower than that in the control group at 10 hours (P). <0.05); 1.0, 0.5g · kg-1 throat throat Kang dry rat induced body temperature has a significant reduction (P <0.01 or P <0.05), and dose-effect dependence. Conclusion The throat throat capsule has significant antipyretic effect.
