自2003年始,教育部正式启动了哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目计划。这是教育部促进高校哲学社会科学繁荣发展的一项重大举措。重大课题攻关项目每年评审立项约40个,每个项目资助30万～80万元。2006年7月,教育部社会科学司与财政部经济科学出版社合作,启动了“教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目
Since the beginning of 2003, the Ministry of Education has officially launched the project of tackling major issues of philosophy and social science research.
