在企业劳动用工管理的过程中,管理患病员工是各个企业的HR在工作中经常会遇到的问题。有些企业因为自身休假制度的不完善导致处理患病员工时无从下手,找不到处理的依据;还有一些企业则因为处理方式、程序、依据不当,导致和员工产生法律纠纷,给企业带了不必要的损失和麻烦。本期“圆桌谈话”将从企业管理患病员工过程中几个典型问题入手,探讨合法、合理、高效管理患病员工的方式,并将对如何建立一个行之有效的病假管理制度向企业提出建议。
